The Swiss School of Management in collaboration with the Pizzaiouli Traditional Union headed by Dr. Alfredo Folliero (holder of the Swiss School of Management Leadership Award), is pleased to offer a MASTERCLASS in MANAGEMENT and QUALITATIVE MANAGEMENT of the RESTAURANT .

Advanced training Masterclass is intended for professionals in traditional quality catering sector.

Course Objectives

Acquisition of specific theoretical / practical knowledge essential for the management, organization and management of catering facilities, in terms of business management and other quality.

Course duration

12 hours total with lectures to be held on Mondays and Tuesdays. The dates of the Masterclass will be announced.
